Registered Address and Correspondence Address

According to the Hong Kong company law, all Hong Kong companies must have a Hong Kong registered address for receiving government letters and maintaining company statutory records.  The registered address must be able to receive letters and PO Box cannot be used.  The company's registered name must be displayed at the registered address and each business location.

As a real business partner, we know very well that all company letters are very important to our clients, especially government or bank letters, etc., which may require immediate response and it cannot be delayed to avoid any losses.  We will notify to the clients immediately and provide relevant assistance according to their instructions.

 

Registered Address

• To provide a registered address of the company according to the government regulations
• Collect letters from the government only

Correspondence Address

• Collect all the company letters and parcels including government, banks and commercial letters 
• Collect all the private letters for the directors and members (maximum 2 persons)
• Arrange forwarding services for the letters and parcels
• Notify clients and provide relevant assistance immediately 
• Provide company electronic signboard
